MSc. Eng. Natalia Burlaga
CEO of MiCo. Natalia is a Ph.D. candidate at Poznan University of Technology, where her research focuses on developing innovative probiotic delivery systems. She has gained international experience at the University of Technology Sydney and professional roles at major pharmaceutical companies such as Zentiva (Prague) and Farmak (Kyiv). Natalia is also an award-winning innovator, recognized as a winner of several prestigious competitions. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys road trips, LEGO building, and hiking with her dog, finding balance and inspiration in the great outdoors.

MSc. Eng. Adam Grzywaczyk
A Ph.D. candidate at Poznan University of Technology. His work focuses on developing safer and more effective solutions to today’s healthcare challenges. He has also been involved in entrepreneurship, founding a 3D-printing venture and achieving success in innovation competitions. Privately a fan of Tolkien’s works, the Witcher saga and the Cyberpunk aesthetic.
