The package includes a comprehensive assessment of the physicochemical and biological properties of raw materials used in the production of food, cosmetics, and biotechnology products. The analyses help determine the quality of the raw material, its technological functionality, and potential biological activity.

The package includes, among other things:

•    analysis of the physical properties of raw materials (color, density, viscosity, and other physicochemical parameters),

•          evaluation of surface-active properties, including emulsifying capacity, wettability, and surface tension reduction,

•    determination of the content of bioactive compounds and the degree of their encapsulation, •    evaluation of the antibacterial activity of the tested substances.

The package includes a comprehensive analysis of water quality used in technological processes or found in industrial environments. The tests enable the identification of chemical and microbiological contaminants and the assessment of the water’s physicochemical parameters.

The scope of analysis includes:

•    determination of basic physicochemical parameters of water, such as pH, conductivity, dry matter content, organic and inorganic fractions, and total organic carbon,

•          determination of the content of selected metals (including aluminum, iron, manganese, copper, zinc, tin, and chromium),

•    microbiological analysis including the identification of dominant microorganisms (bacteria, microalgae, and fungi). The package enables rapid water quality diagnostics and the identification of potential sources of contamination.

The scope of testing includes determining the level of ecotoxicity toward indicator microorganisms in accordance with OECD procedures and international methods for ecotoxicity assessment.
